and kitchen. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the second floor. The apartment units are a mixture of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, dispersed throughout the 3-story structures. 

Organized around a central courtyard scheme with interior parking, the structures present a face to the street that is unobstructed by on-site parking.  Exterior materials were selected for durability and low maintenance aspects. The composition and imagery of the complex employs a modern aesthetic unique to this development.
