Cottonwood Village consists of eight apartment buildings

which contain thirty 704 sq. ft. one-bedroom units and eighty 1,000 SF two-bedroom unites. These units are mixed throughout the site within 4 different two-story building types. Each building is constructed of wood framing with a concrete masonry and brick veneer. The units all have private decks that open up to a landscaped green space. The 2,500 SF community building houses a weight room and gathering spaces for the residents. It is located adjacent to a swimming pool and sports court.
