Fountain Plaza Professional Park faces the main

thoroughfare in Bentonville, Arkansas between two

existing streets.  The Master Plan adds a new boulevard

entrance into the Park and large detention ponds on

either end with the signature fountains.  The north end

of the plan takes advantage of the street traffic for retail

and restaurants.  The remainder of the plan calls for office

buildings which are connected by a new street that

parallels the main thoroughfare.

The retail center is part of the 48-acre development along

Walton Boulevard known as Fountain Plaza.  The building

anchors one corner of the main boulevard entrance

to Fountain Plaza.  The tall expanses of glass along the

front provides showcases for the retail tenants and the

clerestory glass above brings natural light into the spaces. 

The towers at either end of the center provide a visual

marker of Fountain Plaza along Walton Boulevard.
