Miller Boskus Lack was contracted by Golden Gate Senior Care Administrative Services (formerly Beverly Healthcare) to design a 17,100 sq. ft. assisted living facility. The plan incorporates one-bedroom and two- bedroom suite arrangements.  Attention was given to the development of sun rooms and exterior covered porches in each resident wing that creates a sense of neighborhood, as well as a large central area in which all residents may congregate. The elevation of the assisted living facility demonstrates a desire for residential imagery and scale, recognizable form, and traditional building materials.
