Miller Boskus Lack designed a 42,800 sq. ft. assisted living facility for Golden Gate Senior Care Administrative Services (formerly Beverly Healthcare) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Due to site limitations, a multi-story facility was created to provide a home-style living environment within a unique brownstone exterior image.  The first floor has a variety of spaces for social activities such as a game room, TV room, and computer room. The additional floors contain private resident rooms consisting of a kitchenette and living room.   Each floor has community sitting rooms to encourage a sense of neighborhood.
