The Phase I building of the NWABC complex is the
germination of a premier commercial development
for the Northwest Arkansas region. This initial phase of
the development includes the first of three multi-level
professional office buildings and a central gathering
place. Each of the three speculative buildings is designed
to project an image of the classic office environment.
Through the articulation of materials and forms the
buildings both depict and embody a sense of stability and
permanence. The central gathering place is developed
as an organizing element, which captures the focus of
the surrounding Class “A” office buildings. Functionally, a
sense of place is established with the structure of a pavilion
a tranquil, park-like setting. The pavilion is equipped to
accommodate outdoor business meetings as well as
social gatherings.
