Fountain Plaza Professional Park faces the main thoroughfare in Bentonville, Arkansas between two existing streets. The Master Plan adds a new boulevard entrance into the park and large detention ponds on either end with the signature fountains. The north end of the plan takes advantage of the street traffic for retail and restaurants. The remainder of the plan calls for office buildings which are connected by a new street that parallels the main thoroughfare.
