Miller Boskus Lack has established a solid reputation for providing master planning and long-range strategic planning over the last ten years for a wide range of clients. Planning projects have ranged from the 15-year campus master plan for the Northwest Arkansas Community College, site and facility master plans for large churches, a new downtown master plan for Lowell, Arkansas and complete site development layouts and buildings designs for numerous of office and retail centers, some as large as 50 acres.
Any master planning project involves gathering pertinent facts, interviewing the various consituent involved, analyzing the physical oppertunities and constraints of the site, weighing alternative solutions, then making wise decisions based on the information available. Client involvement during the entire process is crucial. Continual updating of the master plan as development takes place or new information comes to light is also improtant.
We approach site planning with a holistic view of the site within not only the immediate physical context, but also in the larger community-wide setting.
We also strive to understand the operational needs, funding constraints and realtions with the community of any organization we perform master planning services for. |
