Springdale Fire Stations 2 & 3

CLIENT: CITY OF SPRINGDALE

TIME PERIOD: 2015/2016

ROLE: ARCHITECT

SIZE: 10,770 SF

In order to accommodate the rapidly growing area and population of Springdale, MBL worked with the SFD to  develop a station “prototype” which could be easily duplicated and built at various locations around the City. Station design includes direct access to the 3 apparatus bays, decon transition zones, fitness room, and can sleep up to 8 personnel. The visual appearance of the stations have become iconic throughout Springdale and are well loved by the community they serve.
